Cathedral City is the N1 brand in England in the cheese category. Among the main problems are: its marketing team 100% centralized in the development of the national brand (England) without having a defined brand internalization plan, the category of cheddar cheese is assimilated as the cheese for hamburgers in Spain and their Investment to build a brand is low.
